Well, we do need to cover certain expenses for out-of-town weddings such as

Gas
Mileage/wear & tear on our vehicle
Parking fees
Meals
Overnight accomodations if needed
Shipping and/or gas expenses of video & photo delivery afterwards
Long distance telephone charges
Back-up staff and salaries if needed

and more which adds up quickly. All of our extra charges are there to serve you better and we want to be prepared for the unexpected.

The following prices will vary but here are some of our charges:

For Ottawa area ......................................... Add $75. (this DOES NOT include Downtown! Other minor charges will apply due to parking, location, etc.)

For outlying areas over 1 hour distance up to 3 hours from our location ......... Add $150 to total price.

Any areas outside a 3-hour range from our location will have to be discussed but pricing will vary from $250 and up.
